By placing an order on tailspark.store you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items, plus your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If a product is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

Our products are pet accessories, not medical devices. If your dog has a health condition, consult a veterinarian. We are not liable for misuse of products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
