If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@tailspark.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach a clear photo.
  3. We'll process your refund within 48 hours of your request.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (card or PayPal). Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to appear.

Do I Need to Return the Item?

For orders under £30, no return is required. We'll refund you and you keep the item — returning a low-value product internationally isn't practical for anyone.

For orders over £30, we may ask for a photo as proof before processing the refund.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately. Please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
